On behalf of our staff and the 2,600 kids we serve each year, thank you for your recent gift of $1250 in support of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County's Run for Club Kids.
We were amazed with the response from people like you who so generously stepped up to support your favorite runner or your favorite team. We are elated to share great news - we raised over $160,000 for this event, crushing our original goal of $100,000!
Your support enables the Boys & Girls Clubs to provide a sense of belonging to 1,000 kids who participate in our programs every day. Your generous gift helps youths to stay focused, keep up with their studies, and find positive things to do during the critical after-school hours. We are excited to now have the resources needed to increase our financial literacy and entrepreneurship curriculum for all ages, and to launch a number of new career pathways for our tween and teens in the coming months. We will keep you updated on our progress with these new initiatives.
